The first six weeks (12 weeks if you are attending night school) is the Core portion of your training. You will learn the basic fundamentals of hair cutting, color, and styling. At the end of this phase you will pass a series of evaluations, at which point you will become certified to work on actual clients in our salon. For the duration of the program, you will spend half of the day getting experience with clients, and the other half in class. Skin care, make-up and nail technology will be introduced, as well as advanced hair techniques.
